At Jim Meyer Racing Products we try to make a quality product that we are proud of and you're pleased to install on your ride. The goal is repeat business! When ever you see our product, check our beautiful Pulse-Tig-welds. This provides a consistent pattern with deep penetration, yet keeps heat-warp to a minimum. You can also enjoy our lazer-cut and media-tumbled components that offer a soft edge and clean weldable surface for you and our shop! All of our chassis are jig-built for a consistent direct-replacement. We are especially pleased with the quality of our computer-generated, mandrel-bent (and jig-built) '55-7 Chevy direct-replacement chassis! The computer features consistent custom mandrel-bends so we can offer you a "one-off" chassis any way you like it that will fit your car and every '55-7 Chevy body produced! We also CNC machine as many parts as we feel necessary to maintain our quality! And, we do not use Mustang II geometry on any of our (14) IFS kits!
We also feel it is a benefit to our customers that our in-house manufacturing gives us total control, which equates to a more consistent quality product for you! This is the main reason why we narrow all rearend housings in our shop and use Dutchman alloy axles. Since we weld all the corresponding brackets on your housing to match your chassis, we also align the housing and add new flanges on each end in our alignment jig. This offers you more options and matches the consistent quality of our other fabricated components! See the rearend section near the back of our catalog for all the info.
Another quality feature you'll find on all of our chassis is the use of "J-tubes" that support (welded to) the forward 4-link crossmember. No other chassis manufacturer offers this as a standard feature on their chassis! The '55-7 Chevy chassis in the center of our catalog will give you a good look.
